Good condition for a Female at my age

I have a Fitbit Charge 6 and it works fine.   Almost.  In the app it says that i have a good condition for a woman in my age.. in the setup i have chosen male and when i go back and look its says male . So why it says that i am a female.. I dont want to change gender for this thing 😬.    Anybody have the answer?

Hi @Water -- this comes up every once and a while. I suggest going to settings in the web app (gear icon at top right of the fitbit dashboard), then personal and check the 'sex' field. Whatever it says, toggle it to the other sex then scroll down the page and click 'submit.' If necessary, toggle again to 'male', and then scroll down again to 'submit.' After that, you can check your heart rate on your phone app to get to the 'how fit you are' screen and the sex should read 'male.'
