Charge 6 - Google Calendar Notifications/Reminders not showing

I receive notifications for other things on my Fitbit (I switched most of them off) but the calendar appointments and entries etc do not get pushed to the Charge 6. I use a Pixel 9 Pro.

I have done:

1. Checked the Fitbit Settings and access is allowed for calendar

2. Reminders for the Calendar entries ARE set (however, tasks should also be pushed over, no reminder can be set separately here - the entry is supposed to be the reminder anyways and shows up on the phone itself) 3.

3. In the Fitbit Notification settings:

- Calendar Events: On

4. App Notification Settings:

- I have mirror my phone off. Standard Messages, the Google calendar AND Gmail are greyed out and toggled OFF (all state "default ... app") - They cannot be manually toggled on.

Is this where the problem is? And why? How can I fix it? What other things can I try?

Thanks!

Hi @Jennaaayyy welcome back to the Fitbit Community!

Thanks for sharing your situation and specially for all the troubleshooting steps you already tried.

I can recommend you the following article where you can find many steps to improve the situation you are currently going through you can check the section: ¨Why are notifications delayed or missing¨.

You already did some of the steps of the article but still the order can be important also: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device.

Hello @Jennaaayyy

Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app on your phone to see if you can the greyed out areas to appear?
