Google Maps set up on Charge 6 doesn’t work

Hello, I am trying to set up Google Maps on my Charge 6 using the Fitbit app on my iPhone. When I press the “Set Up” button, Google Maps opens. Then, another webpage opens with the following link: https://www.fitbit.com/in-app/gmm/navinfosetup?state=wakeupverified.

The link does not go anywhere. The message says, “Sorry, that page is following a different trail.”

Is there a different link that I should use to set up Google Maps on my Charge 6? Thank you!

I am also having problems connecting to Google Maps. I'm going around and around in circles. Everything is connected correctly but it just won't sync with Maps at all. 

Have seen other community posts about this. Hopefully Google & Fitbit can sort this out. FYI I'm in London, UK.

I just bought my charge 6 today and got this exact issue when I tried to click on set up in the google maps icon in the Fitbit app. Have not been able to solve it and don’t understand why this is happening.

Ok so something happened and now I am able to set up google maps. 

I started a running exercise with GPS enabled. After I finished my run, I got into my car and turned on google maps for directions to a location. I saw that the directions were displayed on the fitbit watch. 

when I got home, I tried to set up google maps on the Fitbit app, and this time after I clicked on set up, it opened up google maps app and then returned back to the Fitbit app with a new page saying “set up complete.” I have no instructions on how I fixed this issue.

Brand new Charge 6 bought today - not connecting at all to GPS and cannot set up the google maps. The same thing happens to me that you described - have you had any luck?

I had the same issue. When I was brought to the error 404 page, a notification popped up asking if I wanted to open Google Maps. I clicked on that and it brought me right into the Google Maps App and said setup complete!
