Hi, I have a Fitbit Charge 6 and my card added to pay with my Fitbit. I tried to change the card on my Fitbit recently and no matter what I tried I don't have the Google wallet section.
I reinstalled, cleared data, logged out, tried with different phones so far.
Here is a screenshot on my phone.
I have seen a couple threads about it but they are either old or not solving my problem.

Where are you located? Google Wallet isn't available in all countries.

I appreciate the time invested in the research of this topic about the google wallet section missing in the Fitbit app. Let's see what can be done. Thank you for the screenshot. Excellent approach @DramaQueenDiva!
As @DramaQueenDiva, has mentioned, Google Wallet for Fitbit may not yet be available in all regions. We are working on expanding the availability of Google Wallet for Fitbit. To verify if Google Wallet is available see Supported countries for Google Wallet & tap to pay. I appreciate your time in this process.
However as it may seem, you did have Google Wallet in the past. In this case, check your region is correct in your app settings.
If everything is in order on that side, tell me if you were able to set the new card in the Wallet settings of your mobile.

Hi. my Google wallet app simply disappeared without a trace today morning, my watch still has the cards i added earlier ..apparently i still using the card that i already have.
What I remember I did was reset the PIN today morning, does that somehow undermine the fitbit app works properly or some bugs 🪲?
I've tried clean app cache, reinstall , repair ..evenuse new phone, nothing help..
Pls help, Google wallet is the ONLY reason motivated my move from Garmin

Just did a watch factory reset... repair to my phone again..issue still persist...😐

Hi @eric120, thank you for your responses and for the troubleshooting you have tried.
We did receive some feedback about the missing wallet option in previous versions of the Fitbit app (4.53.1). However, this issue should be resolved by updating the Fitbit app.
If the Wallet option in the Fitbit app is still missing, i recommend that you ensure the Fitbit app is updated if you haven't done so. For instructions see How do I use the Fitbit app?

We did have an issue with google wallet in previous versions of the Fitbit app. However, it should have been fixed in the most recent Fitbit app version.
The latest Fitbit app version, will be released to all Fitbit members within this week. This being said, allow to download the latest app version within this week as soon as it's release and don't hesitate to repost if the issue persists. I'll see a solution for all of you.
