I was excited to find the HIIT setting on my charge 6 but am unclear how to set it properly. My HIIT routines are with a youtube trainer, who sets the pace. My watch keeps buzzing as I work out … but the activity/rest is determined by the trainer, not me, so the buzzing is distracting. Nor can I make much sense of the information that’s logged, given that it’s broken up into bits. The readout for my last session has 3 ‘records, the first 19 minutes long, then 9 minutes each for the other 2.,,which was the length of the total workout. The one before that, a 40 minute HIIt session was only recorded as 9 minutes (did not pay attention to top to the constant buzzing which I guess I should have). Two things I need help with: understanding how to properly use this setting and how to combine the workout’s multiple records into one. Thanks

When you start the HIIT or the Interval Workout option from your device you have to customize it before you tap start. Scroll down just below start to set the intervals for movement time, rest time and number of reps.
I also tried workouts from YouTube for some HIIT exercises but I have difficulties with time alignment. It was difficult to match what's happening on screen with essentially a straight-forward timer on my wrist. Any slight deviation and everything misaligns, it's annoying. Needless to say, I don't use this setting if I'm doing a HIIT with YouTube.
Your device might be buzzing to let you know about any goals, heart rate zone or other notifications you have turned on. You can disable this in the same area of the settings just below where you tap start.
When it works, an entire workout should have a breakdown by whatever intervals you set.
