So I've discovered that I only get an "accurate" calorie burn for my walks if I GPS track them, but manually tracking workouts (rather than letting my Fitbit auto-recognise), I am not given any HR data beyond showing zones overlaid onto the map. If my auto-tracked walks can give me a graph of HR, as well as an average HR for the workout, then why can't my manually tracked workouts do that?
It's like I have to choose between a more accurate calories burn, or knowing my HR data. Obviously, for my walks to work this isn't that important, but if I were to start zone 2 training (for eg), or if I wanted to track my cardio fitness based on max HR during workouts..... This is useless.
I would share a screenshot, but it stops me from being able to post.
Is there any fix to this?? Older posts suggest looking at the online dashboard, but obviously that doesn't exist anymore. I used to be able to see HR data by clicking the share icon on an exercise, but that's gone too.
My android app is fully updated, and my Charge 6 is less than a year old.(and has no obvious HR tracking issues).
