Hello Fitbit Support,
I’ve noticed that my Heart Rate Variability (HRV) consistently shows 0 ms in the app — both in the daily and weekly views.
At the same time, I regularly receive a Daily Readiness Score of 100, which should only be possible if HRV data is being recorded and processed internally.
Other health metrics like resting heart rate, breathing rate, skin temperature, etc., are updating normally and appear accurate.
I’m using a Fitbit Charge 6 with the latest firmware and have already tried the following:
Reinstalling the app
Clearing the app cache
Resyncing multiple times
My question is:
Is my HRV being tracked correctly but just not displayed in the app? And is there anything I can do to fix this display issue?
Thank you in advance for your help
Best regards,

Hello @jkb777
If you've already tried the recommended troubleshooting without success, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options. You might be better off speaking with a representative rather than Instant messaging.
