Umm this does nothing. Can someone help me? And no, that option in settings isn't a full hard factory reset. All my stuff came back. I want this to be like I first bought it and setting it up. How is this possible?

Hello @rajalarc5 and welcome to the Community. I'm not sure the source of your quote, but those are the steps you can take to restart your Charge 6 is the screen is frozen. To clear all your stored data, open the Settings app on the Charge 6 > Device Info > Clear User Data.
You can download the Charge 6 user manual from the User Manual page. See pp 48-49.
Can you share why you want to do this? Is your Charge 6 not working properly?
