Has HRV been removed on the Charge 6 model

ANSWERED

I see several discussions around HRV missing or showing odd numbers for Charge 6. On my Charge 6, there's NO HRV data to be found anywhere at all - note I'm not using Premium (anymore...).

Checking the specs for Charge 6, HRV is NOT listed as a feature - first screen shot, which it is for e.g. the Charge 5 (and quite a LOT other metrics) - second screen shot, as well as other trackers like Inspire 3.

So my question is whether Charge 6 simply have dropped the HRV data capture / tracking completely? If so, I will need to shop around for a Charge 5 instead for my wife...

Thanks - I found it. Turns out that while I had Premium for trial in 6 months, the Health Metrics tile had been turned off on the dashboard, and when the trial lapsed I didn't realize and turned it on manually again. But all good now.

@AllanHvass   HRV is available on the Charge 6.  Health Metrics Help article  HRV is reported in your Health Metric tile.  What does your wife see when she taps on her Health Metrics tile?

You don't need Premium to see your Health Metrics.  When Fitbit first released this feature, you needed Premium to see more than seven days in your trends.  Now all users can see 90 days of trends.

I think I saw the same posts as you from users saying they don't get HRV data.  There are sporadic reasons why someone might not get HRV data for a day or two.  Wearing your Fitbit too loose is a reason.  You don't get good skin contact and don't get detailed (beat-to-beat) heart rate data.  I can't explain why some users get no HRV data when they live in a supported country.

But odd though that the specs for Charge 6 doesn't list HRV and quite a number of other metrics that is supported and is listed in specs for Charge 5. That is what threw me off.

@AllanHvass   I've seen other mistakes in the Fitbit Store over the years.  Filed reports. Sadly, didn't help much.  But I'm happy you got the help you needed.
