The display of my Fitbit charge 6 came off a couple of weeks ago. The device is still under warranty period, so I reached out to support and they suggested I take it to one of the service centres.
The guys from service centre told me they need approval from head office to fix this under warranty and they asked me to escalate my issue with support.
So I got in touch with support again and they said they 'll replace my device and i should recieve a mail in 2-3 days with all the details and in 48 hours after that my device will b picked up.
A week went by with no update after this so I got in touch with support again. So they asked me to wait for 48 hours. Now that time period has passed as well with no update. Not sure what to do now . Any one faced this an resolved it?

Just verifying, did you purchase your device directly through Fitbit/Google?
