Just got new charge 6, it keeps saying I need the health app set up to get steps- which health app is this ?

Hi, @BluebellGirl , you need to download the Fitbit app and create an account in order to set up your Fitbit.  If you have an iPhone go to the Apple App Store and search for “Fitbit” and follow the instructions from there.  If you have an Android phone go to the Google Play Store and download the app.

Once you have downloaded it you will be prompted to “join Fitbit”.  It should all be straightforward, but do post again if anything is unclear.
