I have a Fitbit Charge 6 and use the App with my iPhone 11 Pro.
The heart rate graph is missing, so I am unable to check how my heart rate varies during workouts or throughout the day.
How can I resolve this frustrating issue?

Hi @noelrichards195 ! Warm welcome to the Community !
Thank you very much for your message about your heart rate data, and I am sorry to know you have this problem.
This is a matter that our team is looking into closely.
However, several users found that the issue was resolved by changing the time format of their cell phones from 12 hours to 24 hours (iOS System).
To do this, on your mobile:
Settings > General > Date & time > 24 hours > Slide to ON.
Then restart the Fitbit app (closing it by swiping up), reopen the app and see if the graph appears. This should instantly resolve the issue.
