HR monitor suddenly keeps going up quickly to over 100+! Proper pulse monitor states 68! Unimpressed with this watch.

Hi there, @Tootipi, welcome back to the community.
Thanks for letting me know about your heart rate going up in your Charge 6, I understand how you can feel with this and I'll do my best to get this function improved.
I recommend you to double check you're wearing your Charge 6 correctly, restart the Charge 6 too, and make sure both the Charge 6 and the Fitbit app are updated.

I consistently have the same issue, has been going in for many months My HR will jump from 90s or low 100s during a workout to 150 plus. No odd arm movements to cause this and no change in how Im wearing the watch.Have to stop and manually take my pulse rate. For someone who needs to monitor heart rate this is extremely annoying (open heart surgery last year).

Restarted many times to get ‘right’. Finished up having a heart monitor for 24hrs just because of it. Have totally lost faith In this watch now.

I’ve dealt with same issue jumped to over 160! Put my husbands on my other wrist as it scared the daylights out of me and heart rate was below 100!

Again this useless HR watch says 99 my pulse/oximeter says 66. Just don’t trust this charge 6 anymore. My previous 5 was much better.
