Heart rate not showing on Charge 6

My Charge 6 is tracking my heart rate etc. I can see the data in the app. However the values are not showing on the watch. The red heart symbol is showing but no value next to it. I haven’t changed any of the settings.

Hello @Bluedave402

Sorry to see you're having issues with seeing your heart rate on your Charge 6.

Since you're still seeing heart rate data in the app, I take it that you see the green light on the back of your Charge 6. That's the heart rate sensor. To check, put your finger across the back of your device. You should see the green light when you lift your finger.

You might want to try these steps to get your device to show your heart rate:

  • Swipe down from the clock face on the Charge 6 to get to the Settings menu
  • Tap on the Settings menu
  • Scroll to Heart Rate. It should be turned on. If not, tap on it to turn it on. This should fix the heart rate not showing on your Charge 6.
If it was turned on, tap on it to turn it off. Then turn it on again.
  • Restart your Charge 6 from the Settings menu on the device or by using the charging cable that came with your device. If you would like instructions, this page has the steps to use to restart the Charge 6 (<-- click link)
