Heart rate

Hello, 

my charge 6 shows my heart rate on my watch but does not show the minute by minute tracking in the app but it does track my daily resting heart rate.

i have created a new Fitbit account, got a new phone, swapped to the charge 6. As well as following all steps online and it is still not working 

 

any ideas?
