Just wondering if anyone's encountered this. I've had my Charge 6 since March of 2024. It's been alright - some of the usual complaints I but nothing major. This week I had it in a pool, accidentally, for the first time. It was under maybe at most 1ft of water for less than five minutes. I figured it had 50m of water resistance so it shouldn't have been a problem. I was very wrong. The screen stopped working almost immediately, except every so often the fitbit logo would appear and vanish again less than a second later. It was absolutely unresponsive, and really just felt like it was restarting over and over again. I decided to put it into a bowl of rice for a day and see what happened. Pulled it out and pressed the button. The screen came to life, but said it was at zero percent. Put it on the charger and left it. I came back and now it's just... Vibrating when attached to the charger? Like it's constantly reading as if it's just been attached to the charger. I can't get the screen to turn on at all or the vibrating to stop if it's connected to the charger. It vibrates when the button is hit, too, but nada.
