Ok so on my Fitbit app I have 3 out of 5 days of exercise but on my tracker it shows 0. I've tried to restart it but it still shows 0. Doe's anyone know how to get this to show the correct info.

Hi there, @tyserini.
Thanks for letting us know about your Charge 6, and the steps that you've tried so far. This is odd as the information on the Fitbit app should be the same one displayed on your Fitbit device. I understand this isn't the case and just to confirm, may I know if the rest of your details are syncing correctly? If so, let me recommend the following steps to reconnect your tracker.
- Forget your Charge 6 from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off the Bluetooth settings.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Turn the Bluetooth back on. Then, open the Fitbit app, tap Devices at the upper left corner > Set Up a Device.
- Choose your tracker, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

I have the same issue. The app shows two days of exercise but the tracker shows 0. Will try the above and see how it goes.

My wife and I have the same problem. I tried the above steps but there was no change. The app still says 4/5 and the Charge 6 says 0 of 5.

I had to remove the charge 6 from the devices on the app then connect the band to a charger and add it in again. Just like when I first got it.
