Hourly activity and watch messages

Hourly activity is mot registering or displaying on the app and the messages on the phone are days old.

I’m having the same issue with my hourly activity not showing up on my app!!!  I’ve restarted the Fitbit and the phone and still not showing.

Yup. I will not be renewing the subscription. Not worth it.

When I notice that I'm not getting my Reminder to Move notification, this is what I do:

• Tap on the device icon in the upper left of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap on Charge 6 in the page that opens
• Tap on Reminder to Move under Settings
• Turn off Reminder to Move and do a manual sync
• Go back to Reminder to Move and turn it back on
• Do a manual sync
• Restart the Fitbit device
