Hourly activity not updating correctly on Charge 6

Just started today, hourly activity updates briefly to show that I've gotten 250 steps in the hour. Then when I go into the app next time, no hours are showing with 250 steps. My dashboard online is also showing no steps in any hour! What's up now??
