Hourly activity start time

I have had a fitbits since 2014
I know how to navigate the app.
The app is not working! I am bumped off each time!!
This is how I navigate.
Fitbit settings
Activity
Hourly Activity Goal
Reminders to move is On
Start time is at 10:00 and I want to change this to 7:00 and get 14 hours of hourly activity.
I tap on 10:00 and I am bumped out of the app to my home page. I have an Apple I phone 12. 
I am in the US.

I have deleted Fitbit and reinstalled

I have rebooted my I phone
I have removed my Charge 6 device and reinstalled.
I removed Charge 6 and installed my luxe and reinstalled Charge 6. 
I’ve done this multiple times.

I read in community forum people have had this issue during the time change. There are no reports on this problem since November 2023

I like my Fitbit and my Aria scale but I am ready to throw it out and get an Apple
