BACKGROUND: -I'm trying to lose weight. I manually calculated my TDEE and with a 1000cal deficit (for 2lb loss a week) it should be 1415cal/day. -I assumed it with a sedentary lifestyle (I sit a lot of the day in college, and get about 5,000 steps a day). -I'm currently using a Pixel Watch 3, and Fitbit Aria Air Scale. I wear the watch all the time, except for 1.5 hours every 2 days to charge. So it's constantly tracking everything.

Hello there @holetbu1, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
I understand your concern, and I'll be glad to help.
It's important to remember that the accuracy of your calorie burn calculations depends on the information in your profile. Accurate height, weight, and age are crucial for getting reliable measurements.

I would not use Fitbit calorie counts for exercises. Your exercise machine or an authoritative online calculator might give more accurate values. (Fitbit derives calories from heart rate. I prefer a more direct measure.)
