How can I fix my Fitbit Charge 6 at home?

I have been using a Fitbit Charge 6, and it was working well. However, sometimes when I use the map feature, it shows unnecessary pop-ups. I went to a shop to get it repaired, but they told me I need to visit the company’s service center. Currently, I am on India tour, so I cannot visit the service center. I would really appreciate it if you could help me fix it at home.

When I start the app on my Android phone, 2 popups happen one after the other, I really don't want to see these, so can they be completely turned off, they are very annoying.

Hi @jesse2j.   Can you please share more details about these pop-ups?  Are you seeing them on your Charge 6 while you are using Google Maps?

There is no Fitbit service center anywhere.  But these pop-ups might be caused by a setting issue.  More details can help.
