Although this topic wasn’t found when I asked the question, there is an existing thread asked and answered by Fitbit. That answer states that there is no option for tracking floors with the Charge 6. Ridiculous! I could track floors with my Charge 1. Of this is not an option on the Charge 6, it shouldn’t be included by the developers as an option!

@MinnieBee In order to calculate elevation changes and count floors, a Fitbit device needs a piece of hardware called an altimeter. The Charge 6 does not have an altimeter, so it is not able to calculate floors. The developers have not included that option for the Charge 6.
