How do I activate the charge 6 sleep part on my watch it's on my app the sleep part but not on my watch?

Hello @Bobbie73 and welcome to the Community.  Your Charge 6 tracks sleep automatically.  Just wear it to sleep.  DO NOT tap on the green button and use the Start sleep option.  That is for older devices that are still in use.  If you start/stop your sleep on the app, you will get sleep patterns, not sleep stages.
