Two days ago my Fitbit Charge 6 screen turned black, but would still vibrate when I held down the side button. I tried to look up how to reset and found videos saying to press the button on the charging cable 3 times in 3 seconds and the logo would appear on the screen but then the screen would go back to black and be unresponsive. I then logged onto my app and tried to sync the device and it synced and said the device had 100% battery. I noticed the app said my device had an update available and I updated it on the app and now my Fitbit screen works again! Hopefully this info helps someone else who has the same experience!
