How do I get my Charge 6 to vibrate at every mile during an activity?

I just swapped my Charge 5 for a Charge 6 and my watch no longer vibrates when I hit a mile during an activity.  It used to do this with the Charge 5, but for the life of me I can't find any settings for this on the app.  The only thing I changed (besides the watch) was switching my login to Google.  Help please?

I believe the settings for exercise notifications are on the Charge 6.

When you open the Exercise tile on the Charge 6 and select your activity, do you see a gear icon or flag icon on either side of the start arrow? If so, tap on these and scroll through the options. I believe the notification for the mile should be there.
