Hello @Widkers16
Some users reported that they have to gently push the tab on the latching mechanism towards the center of the device until they hear/feel it click into place. Then it doesn't disconnect when gently tugged. Look at the section titled: How do I change the band on my Fitbit from the link provided by the Moderator.
If this doesn't work, it's possible that the latching mechanism is defective and you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). Let them know that the bands that came with your Charge 6 will not stay connected to the device.
