I had an error message on my clock and it disappeared completely, I did as suggested and put it on charge and pressed button for 8 seconds and then was able to download a clockface from the app store, but I want the original clockface back, any ideas please.

The instructions on how to change the clock face are on page 24 in the Charge 6 manual (<-- click link).
Let us know if you have any problems changing the clock face.
