How do I setup app notifications on Charge 6?

Where’s the setting that lets you say which apps can send notifications to your Fitbit? I feel like I found it before but can’t now. I want to allow notifications from a certain app, but not all apps. I already did it with my Health app and want to add another. I have an iPhone.
