This help page has the instructions for getting notifications from your phone to your Fitbit  (<-- click link).

When you open the link, look at How do I set up notifications, Step 3. That will tell you how to get to the page where you manage the notifications from your phone. I believe notifications for phone calls & text are turned on by default. Once you get to the page, you can turn off the notification for phone calls.

If you want turn off the notifications received from your mobile on your Fitbit, you need to do this on your Charge 6. You can follow the instructions in the help article @RiekoC has shared below the section "How do I turn my Fitbit device’s notification setting on or off?"
