How do I turn off stop exercise/ continue exercise question on Charge 6?

How do I turn off the annoying stop exercise/ continue exercise question? I frequently push the stop as it's on top which ends my session.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the exercise app on your Charge 6. I was able to confirm you need to update the firmware version of your device, this may impact the use of your Fitbit device, you can find more information here on how to do so.

Also, I recommend you doing a restart before starting a workout using the exercise app once again.

There is no Charge 6 listed to update firmware so how can I update?

Same problem here. Something forced that no one asked for. Given it was part of an update and there is no update required, firmware or is,  what is the correct answer Fitbit/Google?
