How do i set a new weight goal

Despite trying all on forum, my charge 6 no longer let's me set a weight goal. I can input a weight but nothing else. I did use this feature lots,very disappointed

 Let me help you set a new weight goal on your Fitbit app.

Have you already tried the following?

Go go into the Fitbit App on your phone and open the weight tile, touch the menu icon (three dots) in the top right then set start date, touch and set starting weight. Return to "today" and sync.
