How do you track weightlifting calories burnt with your Fitbit?

I feel like my Fitbit is fairly accurate with cals burnt via HIIT workouts or cycling, I can't run very well due to a long term ankle issue so don't know form that perspective.

However when I do weights it doesn't feel right, although I'm no expert. Do others simply add it as an activity and guess calories?

@bukarzu02 I don't know that the energy burned counts are exactly that accurate to begin with, it's a guesstimate based on what in-data points you've got.  I use Strength Training if I'm working with dumbbells and/or body weight type exercises and depending on how vigorous my 20 to 30 minute sessions are, the calories burned ranged 100 to 140.  And my hour+ jog with average pace about 9-10'/mile burns between 600 to 700 calories.  I don't know how accurate any of it is.
