How does my Charge 6 track my Sleep?

ANSWERED

I'm frustrated at how sleep is being tracked.  I go to sleep at around 11:00PM.  But before that, I'd do some doom scrolling around 9:30PM.  The charge 6 tracked my sleep at the time I started watching, not when I actually go to sleep.  No I didn't fell asleep while watching videos (99% of the time).  It skews the time asleep and my resting heart rate.  I guess it thinks I was asleep because I wasn't moving?  I really don't understand how it tracks sleep cycles (How does it know I'm having REM sleep?)

Hello @LeslieFok

When you don't move for about an hour, your Charge 6 will identify that time as sleep. I deal with this, especially when I have extended sessions on my laptop or am watching a movie. Then I have to go into the app and delete the erroneous sleep log.
