I have contacted Fibit Customer Service 2 weeks ago because my Fitbit Charge 6 spoiled after 5 months. I was told that I will get my refund shortly. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get their email for further instructions. I am just wondering how long does it take for refund usually?

I got a refund on my sense 2 from Fitbit pretty quickly, despite buying it from Boots. When I say quick, I mean within a month of raising the issue and exhausting all attempts to fix it.
In the end, I wrote an email referring to the UK consumer protections, highlighting the product did not perform as advertised.
The reason I got it refunded was because it did not support my debit card despite the Fitbit web site saying that it does.

No problem. Just make sure you make your case firmly and calmly. Point to where they are in breach of the consumer protection laws, and you should get your refund. When they "forgot" to email beck, I was replying every other day to chase them.

By Fitbit agree my refund request, i wait to over 8 week, I haven't received the refund yet. I have contacted fitbit CS three times, but there is no refund follow-up message.

Thanks, I will. I have already chatted with them several times, but unfortunately, they couldn't provide me with a time frame for when I'll receive an email from their higher-level support. They mentioned that they are low on staff, hence the slow response, which I find rather unprofessional. It makes me wonder if they are genuinely interested in resolving my issue. I'm really disappointed with Fitbit's after-sales service.

Just so you know, Google is moving Fitbit hardware support to the Google store. It is possible that you should now be going there for your query. It'll be worth opening up a ticket there and including the reference number of the Fitbit query along with it.

Hi Dennis,
I am also in Hong Kong. Did you get your refund?
It's been weeks and I have no information on my refund. CS is not help and also Payoneer doesn't help. Fitbit had better support when it was not under Google. I'm a long term Fitbit user and I'm very disappointed.

Hi Mcav75,
Just to update my refund status. I received my refund on 13 Nov finally. What you said was very true, be firm and carm. It was a really long and tiring journey requesting a refund starting from 15 July. 4 months to get a refund from Fibit, unbelievable & unprofessional!
Once again thank you for your advice.
