My Fitbit Charge 6 cannot find my mobilphone. What can I do?

Try it from different areas of your house.  You have to be within bluetooth range of your phone.  But you've probably already tried that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you. I've tried to find as the watch was near the mobilphone but nothing was successfull so far.
