Charge 6 - How to remove cardio load prompts?

How do I permanently remove the cardio load messages that tell me I need to get 74 to 109 cardio load otherwise I am at the risk of undertraining? Respectfully, this little watch does not know whether I am sick or have a migraine or have work stress; it assumes that any physical signs of stress can and should be resolved with cardio which is absolutely not the case and is frankly a dangerous mindset, especially for those with chronic illnesses. Also, the calculating of cardio load is clearly nonsense, since I can be "improving" for several days and then suddenly I am "at risk of undertraining" the next day. Make that make sense fitbit. This addition makes me want to never wear a fitbit again. Fix it

Hello @Chelsea714

Currently, there isn't a way to permanently remove the cardio load messages in the Fitbit app.

Although some users reported success removing the message by deleting their cardio load data, other users reported that the cardio load message returned. If you want to try deleting your cardio load data to see if this will remove the message for you, this help page (<-- click link) has the steps to follow.

Also, consider adding your vote & comments to this feature request to allow users to move/delete the cardio load message (<-- click link).

I concur with this. It is a still and issue. I want to be rid of the useless daily reminders. Fitbit, it is clear that many users all over the internet are unhappy with this feature and you have failed to adequately deal with it. Change it now.

Hi @karenmcove, welcome to the Community.

The best recommendation I can give you is to follow the advice from @RiekoC and go voting in the product feedback board to share your opinion and help our development team to know in a better way the ideas from the users of the Community.

No, it is not the community's responsibility to fix Fitbit's issues. It is
Fitbit's responsibility to listen to the community and change things.
