The device updates the time and date whenever you sync with your phone.
Is the time on your phone correct?
Is the time zone on your profile set to your current location?
In the Fitbit app on your phone, click on your profile picture at the top right, then tap Fitbit settings, then App settings. Verify that Automatic Time zone and Automatic location are enabled.
