Thank you so much for your question about how to activate the 6 month free trial.

1. In the Fitbit app, tap the You tab > tap Try Fitbit Premium.

2. Choose the free trial and follow the instructions to subscribe.

If the Fitbit device you purchased indicates that it includes a trial to Fitbit Premium, but you’re currently a Fitbit Premium member, then you must cancel your Premium subscription in order to be able to activate the trial. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll find an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial. I want to activate my 6 month free Premium subscription but I only have one expired credit card listed and the Add Payment Method is greyed out. How or where must I go to remedy the payment method? I tried logging into my Google Wallet but that credit card is not even listed. Please advise.
