I am new to all this and I have several questions, BUT I will do some searching before making posts about anything. A little background. I bought a Inspire 3 because my daughter had one and I figured it would be health related tool. I used the 3 several months then moved up to a Charger 6, which I have now. I am having several "Issues" ill say. I wear it 24/7. I'm right handed and I wear a watch on my left hand so my Charger 6 is on my right hand (Dominant Hand). I am in I.T. so I am on a computer most of my day so my step counter is always double my true step count, which I understand and have heard there really is no way to fix that. Once or Twice a week it does not register my full sleep time properly, but I am pretty restless and have a Doberman that needs to go out once or twice a night. BUT the big thing is Afib. My Inspire 3 did register False Positives every few weeks to months. The Charge 6 registers False Positives more frequent. I say they are false positives because thanks to my dad having Afib/Heart failure/Pace maker and my paranoid wife being his caregiver for 15 years. She freaked and made me go to the same heart doc my had. I had everything tested. His conclusion in his words were "If I had to give you a % of the chances of you having any heart issues presently, I would give you a ZERO %."

Hello & welcome @JPCra
Here's some help pages on the issues you've mentioned that might have some useful information:
I believe the Charge 6 is supposed to have better heart rate tracking than the Inspire 3. But getting those more frequent AFib notifications is annoying, especially since you've been seen by the cardiologist.
How long have you had your Charge 6? Does it seem to be tracking your heart rate correctly compared to another device? If there's a big discrepancy between your Charge 6 and the other device, there could be a problem with your Charge 6.
As for sleep tracking, you can edit your sleep log with the correct sleep and wake times for the days/nights that it's off. Every now & then, my sleep log in the app will be off. When that happens, I edit/correct the times on my sleep log.
