Y do I not see message notifications on my fit bit it shows its on

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with notifications of your messages on your Charge 6.

I suggest you check if you have both your Fitbit app and cellphone updated. Also, make sure you have checked this article for you to double check that the settings are ok.
