I got the cardio load pop up messages to go away

Perhaps you also deleted cardio load and then were frustrated that the pop up messages wouldn’t go away? If you go to manage data and completely delete the data under cardio load those pesky messages will stop. They were driving me mental and made no sense.

@fojongo2 @Do you mean in app, from your profile, go to Your data under Fitbit - Data deletion options - cardio load?

I'm getting a message that appears to be related to the Cardio feature. But sometimes, I can't get rid of it. I tap the X to close it, then I have to close the app and restart it. I'm using IOS

This has sadly not worked for me - and from the reddit thread, not for many others, it popped immediately back up! Good idea though!

Every morning and mid afternoon I get a pop-up on my Fitbit app that tells me either I worked too hard and I need to slow down or I’m working slowly, and I need to increase my workout!!!

Are you doctors? Do you know what my cardiologist wants from me in my exercises? Why can’t you turn this off? Per you, it can’t and I have to come here to complain! Your workaround was to tell me to turn off my heart tile! Are you serious? I have been complaining to you for easily over a month and sending you screen-shots of every pop-up you turn on and you can’t do anything about it. Who is running this dog and pony show since Google took over?

Hello @Nonamethanks1

Please consider adding your vote and comments to this feature request in the Product Feedback forum to allow users to move or delete the Cardio Load prompt. This is the best way to let the developers know what users want to see (or not see, in this case) in their Fitbit app.

I don’t get how the logic of Cardio load. Today, for example, my readiness score was 100, but my recommended cardio load was 9 - 35. The two do not seem to sync with each other.

Hello @WittyKat

This help page explains how the Cardio Load & Cardio Target Load are calculated (<-- click link) and this page explains how the Daily Readiness score is calculated (<-- click link).

The Cardio Target Load and Daily Readiness score are not directly related. A high Daily Readiness score means that your recovery from recent activities is good. The Cardio Target Load is based on your recent activity and your fitness goals.

Sadly this is only temporary. Once it gets enough data, it will start prompting you again. At least that’s what happened to me.

Hello @Dawnbrother

As you found out, this is a temporary solution. You have to keep deleting the Cardio Load data from your Fitbit app at least once a week to keep the Cardio Load message from appearing.

Please consider adding your vote & comments to this feature request in the Product Feedback forum: Allow users to move or delete the Cardio Load message (<-- click link). I understand that the developers monitor this forum to see what features are being requested for potential future implementation.

I accidentally deleted Fitness instead of cardio. I don’t know what that will do. I absolutely hate Fitbit now for changing to this horrible format and changing trackers. This isn’t the Fitbit I bought. The cardio load reminders were annoying and wouldn’t go away. I don’t need to be told to get more exercise on days I’m supposed to take it easy due to Graves’ disease. I need an old person mode that keeps things simple and the same. Anyone have a great alternative to Fitbit?
