I have the Charge 6. I took an ECG 3 times (shows AFib) and the result isn't showing up in the Health Assessment > History. It only has ECG results from 2 years ago. I want to send a PDF of my ECG to my doctor but I can't. This is a brand new charge 6 that I set up this morning.

Hello @LeeRN 

By any chance, have you checked the Notification section of the Fitbit app? Tap on the icon that looks like a text bubble next to your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page. Some users reported that is where they found their ECG pdfs.

In addition with RiekoC's advice, allow me to help you with your ECG report.

It looks like this issue is related to the Fitbit App, so ensure you are running the latest version. If you do, then attempt to uninstall/reinstall the ECG app on your Charge 6. You can find detailed instructions on how to do it in our help article How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device? below the sections "How do I remove apps from my Fitbit watch?" & "How do I add apps to my Fitbit device?"

Thank you, I will try that! I was finally able to get some ECG reports some notifications but it's at the many hours. And today I cannot get any at all.

Thank you! I finally did find them and notifications but it took hours for them to show up. It was very frustrating as I needed to send a copy to my doctor. Thankfully, I was able to get a copy for when he called.
