Several times a day I have to sync my phone to my Fitbit as it does not do automatically. Does anyone know how to fix this? I feel like I tried everything. I’ve updated my phone, my Fitbit app, restarted the phone, restarted the Fitbit, disconnected the Fitbit and then reconnected it, and disconnected the Bluetooth and reconnected it. Is there anything else to try?

Make sure you can still charge it. Mine got to 20% last night, so I put it on the charger and couldn't get a response (no clock, no charging level, nothing.) App said I had 16% charge, but that it had last tried to sync 15 minutes earlier. The time it said it last synced kept increasing, but I could not get it to charge, sync, anything. Fitbit is sending a new one, but this is the fourth watch since I bought a Charge 5 in May 2022. I think they've got some kind of serious problem.

I had a similar problem until I turned off the power saving mode on my phone. after that no resyncing required and gps remained during my walks

I'm having the same problem. It started happening after a phone update. I'm about to switch to a Galaxy watch too many issues with fitbit
