Fitbit charge 6 has nearly cost me my life, have stage 3 cancer of the lymph nodes, constantly asked for help from Fitbit, wouldn't get back to me, so i was going to shoot myself in the head, i really needed my data to monitor stuff, now I'm in hospital after suffering a breakdown, all over this bloody watch, how rude can you get

Hi @WestieS41 sorry to hear you're in hospital, but am glad you're getting some help. Life is often a challenge.

As for your Charge 6, there are several ways to reach customer support. These community forums are a way for peer-to-peer assistance, but we're not Fitbit or Google. There is a support form that you can use that goes page to page until you're able to get a phone number or ask support to contact you. Have you tried doing that? Here is the link: https://support.google.com/fitbit/gethelp?hl=en
