I’ve connected, disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit Charge 6 (app) to Strava and it’s still not syncing. I have logged out and back in to the applications. I received my Charge 6 five days ago as a birthday gift and it’s never synced to Strava even once - even though I recorded 4 activities. I don’t understand.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've always had Fitbit but after buying this one it will be my last. I've disconnected all apps and reconnected and still nothing. To make matters worse when I do record a run or walk the GPS knocks itself off and there is no way to reconnected without ending activity and starting again.

Now it appears that not only will this not automatically sync to Strava, the browser version of the fitbit dashboard is going away, so exporting data from fitbit and importing it to Strava is much more difficult (if not impossible). Are there any shortcuts to importing data to Strava? It seems that fitbit is going out of it's way to make this infuriating.

No luck at all. Additionally, my Charge 6 always loses the GPS signal. I've done chat, email, and phone (about 7 times) with no luck. This watch is still under warranty, and I can't get any help from fitbit. I'm very disappointed.
