Inaccurate Fitbit mileage Charge 6

My husband and I took a walk around a park with designated mileage posts. At the end of the walk, my mileage was significantly less than what we’d walked. I never had this problem with my Charge 5 (which unexpectedly died a couple weeks ago, so I upgraded to the 6.). 

My GPS settings were set to dynamic. I’m not sure why it’s doing this. Thanks for the help!

Try to set the GPS settings from dynamic to something else and see how it works. You can also try to track the distance with your phone and then see if it does any better job.
