Inaccurate step count on my Charge 6

recently i had to reset my charge 6 and i am pretty sure i did sync the device and my iPhone ( iPhone 11) correctly. however i notice inaccurate step count couple days ago. for an example my charge 6 device showing less step count than the fitbit app + apple health app. how can i re sync them properly?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and sharing the steeps you have tried. 

In this case, I'd like to mention that it looks like a syncing issue. There is a specific setting on the iOS system that needs to be always on, it is called Background App Refresh. This will allow the app to sync all the time even though it is not open. 

Please go to your cellphone settings and scroll down till you find the Fitbit app. Tap on it and turn the option on.
