Does anyone recognize this problem and/or does anyone have a solution?
Normally you get to see your pace per kilometer for each kilometer you run, apart from the average pace over all kilometers you ran. Early September, after a run, I discovered that my Fitbit charge 6 only shows the pace per kilometer of the first kilometer I ran. While the average speed over my entire run was calculated and displayed.
Then it also turned out that of all previous training sessions in the months before, also only the pace per kilometer of the first kilometer is shown. While this information was previously available. I know that for sure: I check this after a run, and certainly if I have run a competition. This is clearly a software problem. Support can only report that it is being worked on. In the meantime, 6 weeks have passed and it still does not work.
I would like to know if others recognize this problem and perhaps also have a solution.

Hello, I’m having the exact same issue with my charge 5 since early September and still not working. Support team has not given me a resolution, told me it was being worked on and will be fixed by 23.10.24 but still doesn’t work. Yesterday they told me to delete my device and re add it but after today’s run, it still doesn’t work. I also had the same as you where all my previous runs data was lost even tho they were tracked by each km. let me know if you find a resolution! Can’t believe it’s been over 2 months for so many people and it’s still not fixed. Makes it so annoying to manage progress.
