My Charge 6, bought in June 2025, broke physically this morning: a tiny piece where the band attaches to the Charge 6 suddenly broke off. I tried to submit a warranty check, but Fitbit products were not listed in the dropdown menu. Charge 6 was a gift bought at Kohl’s.

This would be the best option, unless Kohl's will do a return, but you may need to contact the gift giver for the order details.

Hi @Nashman92 Kohl’s isn’t a retailer partner, although it used to be one. This Google page shows the retail partners. Support handles warranty issues from retail partners, so you should contact Support. But I don’t think you will get the answer you want. Just to be complete, did the gift giver buy an extended warranty? If so, contact the extended warranty provider.
